A 60-minute 1:1 session with me, Justin DeMarchi. An opportunity to bring a question, a challenge, or a piece of work. Broad or specific. We pressure-test, we talk it through, we sharpen.
Designed for founders and marketers working on content, storytelling, and go-to-market. You bring the problem or the topic, we work it together. Transcript and notes land within 48 hours so you have something to reference after.
Sometimes the conversation that unlocks things has to come from outside your team. Talking only internally creates silos. A session opens the discussion up to a different perspective.
If you want ongoing support and someone more hands-on, fractional operating is a better fit.

Three stages.
Before
You fill a short form so the session starts running. What you want to work on, relevant context, and any material you want me to look at.
During
A structured working session. Not a lecture, not a therapy session. We work the problem. Clear positioning, sharper content, tighter workflows.
After
Written notes summarizing what we discussed, what was decided, and what to do next. Session recording on request.
Common topics.
You bring the problem. We’ll work it.
Book a session if you have:

Common questions.
What should I prepare before the session?
The intake form covers most of it. Short answers are fine. If you want me to look at something specific (a post draft, a landing page, a positioning doc), send it at least 24 hours before.
Can sessions be recorded?
Yes, on request. You get the recording plus my written notes within 48 hours.
What if I need more than 60 minutes?
Book two sessions. Back-to-back works well for deeper problems. You’ll get notes covering both.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before without charge. Inside 24 hours, the session still counts.
Do you offer packages or retainers?
Not currently. If you need ongoing senior support, fractional engagements cover that. Coaching stays as a standalone session.
Where do sessions happen?
Remote, on Google Meet. A link goes out with the booking confirmation.
