  • What's in the bi-weekly report?

    A written summary with three sections: visibility (where you're showing up across all sources), trends (what's changing), and recommendations (specific actions for the next two weeks). Every report ends with priorities. No infinite charts.

  • Why this beats GA4 alone?

    GA4 only tells you what happened on your site. It can't tell you whether ChatGPT is citing you when buyers ask about your category. AI search is a separate visibility layer, and it's growing fast. You need both.

  • Do I need an AthenaHQ subscription?

    Yes. AthenaHQ is the source for AI citation data. DUO doesn't run that infrastructure ourselves. The subscription is billed separately.

  • When should I start tracking AI search?

    If your buyers are using ChatGPT or Perplexity to research vendors in your space, you should be tracking now. Most B2B categories have crossed that threshold in the last 12 months.

  • What if I don't have a baseline yet?
