Peec AI is a Berlin startup that shows brands how they appear in AI search: what ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers say when someone asks about their category. By its co-founder's own account, it went from $0 to $10M in annual revenue in under a year and a half, and passed 100 employees in October 2026.
Within the company, most LinkedIn posts about Peec AI aren't made by its founders. Content is published by the broader team and by outside LinkedIn users. Since January 2025, staff have written 296 posts that name Peec AI. The three co-founders, Marius Meiners, Tobias Siwonia and Daniel Drabo, have written 45. That said, the founders, particularly Marius, remain active and play a key role in sharing Peec AI's story, successes, and behind-the-scenes content.
I did some research to explore this further: who posts, how often, what they post about, and what gets a response. If you're trying to get more than one person at your company posting on LinkedIn, this is what it looks like when a whole team does it.
What research did I collect about Peec AI on LinkedIn?
- The team: the 126 people who list Peec AI as their current company on LinkedIn, including 3 co-founders and 104 staff.
- Their posts: every post by the founders and staff since January 2025, 1,920 in all, plus 83 from the company page.
- Everyone else: 776 posts by people outside the company that name Peec AI.
- The comments: the first 150 comments on the 20 most-engaged posts that name Peec AI.
The founder, staff and company-page posts are complete. The outside posts are a sample, so they show what people say about Peec AI, not how many people say it. For staff, I also noted whether each post came before or after they joined.
Who carries the posts that name Peec AI?
I collected 1,200 posts that name Peec AI, including the company page. Here's who wrote them and how they did.

See the numbers: posts and engagement by group
| Group | Posts | Total likes + comments | Median per post |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founders | 45 (all of them) | 15,925 | 246 |
| Staff | 296 (all of them) | 51,844 | 126 |
| Company page | 83 (all of them) | 10,715 | 96 |
| Everyone else | 776 collected | 41,368 | 13 |
Staff wrote 6.5x as many posts naming Peec AI as the founders did and drew about 3x their total engagement. A typical founder post still does better on its own, 246 likes and comments against 126 for staff. The gap in totals held up: staff drew 2.8x the founders' total in one random half of the data and 3.8x in the other.
Staff engagement isn't spread evenly. Malte Landwehr, now CPO and CMO, has 20% of staff engagement on Peec AI posts, from 41 posts. After him come Tomek Rudzki (7%), Metehan Yeşilyurt (7%) and Ben Fröhlich (5%). No one else is above 4%.
What does each role post about?
I grouped the team by job title and looked at the corresponding post type, engagement and quantity. Sales and GTM had the most active participants, but leadership, GEO/AI Search and People and Talent had the highest median engagement.
| Role | Staff | Posted about Peec AI | Posts | Median likes + comments |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GEO and AI search | 9 | 7 | 58 | 133 |
| Leadership | 7 | 5 | 48 | 149 |
| Sales and GTM | 31 | 20 | 40 | 95 |
| Marketing and growth | 7 | 6 | 34 | 116 |
| Product and design | 9 | 7 | 32 | 109 |
| Engineering and data | 26 | 13 | 19 | 118 |
| Customer experience | 6 | 5 | 7 | 106 |
| People and talent | 6 | 3 | 6 | 166 |
The GEO and AI search people post about the subject itself. Nine people wrote 58 posts, more than any other group, and most of them are findings about how AI search works. Tomek Rudzki tracked a change in how ChatGPT passes referral traffic ("Edit: ChatGPT fixed this issue Thursday night!"). Metehan Yeşilyurt posted "ChatGPT retrieval system LEAK alert". This is the research people outside Peec AI go on to cite.
Leadership tells the company's story. Most of these posts are Malte Landwehr's: why he left a VP role at idealo to join, and "We just hired 2 of the best GEO/AEO researchers on the planet."
Sales and GTM is the biggest group, and its posting is spread thin. 20 of 31 posted, 40 posts between them, about one each. Most are join announcements and events like brightonSEO and DMEXCO. A few explain the market, like Grégoire Sayer's "Buying habits are changing fast."
Marketing and growth shows the work behind the scenes. Viktoria Bykanova wrote about designing a billboard campaign in her second week, and about the team itself: "This September, the Peec AI team published 100+ LinkedIn posts."
Product, design and talent post about hiring. "We're hiring a Product Manager at Peec AI" (Niklas Springer, Head of Product). "We're hiring a Senior Product Designer" (Vraj Shah). Ineta Svedaite, a talent partner, writes about hiring at Peec AI.
Engineering mostly posts once, to say they've joined. 13 of 26 engineers and data scientists posted about Peec AI, 19 posts in all, and most are join announcements.
Here are some of the team's posts that name Peec AI:
Why do people outside Peec AI name it?
I collected 776 posts by people outside Peec AI that name the company. I sorted them with keyword rules and refined the rules once after checking a sample by hand, so treat the shares as approximate.

See the numbers: why people outside Peec AI posted
| What the post is | Share | Median likes+comments |
|---|---|---|
| Tool list, comparison or pricing | 27% | 11 |
| Citing Peec AI's research or data | 26% | 15 |
| How-to / using Peec AI | 11% | 15 |
| Hiring / careers | 10% | 47 |
| Funding / company news | 7% | 14 |
| Event sponsorship | 3% | 12 |
| Events, webinars, podcasts | 1% | 44 |
| #BuiltWithPeec challenge | 1% | 34 |
| Everything else | 16% | 8 |
The table adds to 102% because of rounding.
A quarter of outside posts cite Peec AI's research or data, and 82 of those name a researcher. Some examples: "Great new research by Tom Wells at Peec AI." "Tomek Rudzki from Peec AI just shared some brand new data with me." The SEO consultant Glenn Gabe: "I'm reading Metehan Yeşilyurt post on Peec AI about…"
Tool lists, comparisons and pricing are the other large group, at 27%. Connor Gillivan's "50+ AI Tools for SEO and GEO" (March 2026, 1,838 likes and comments) is one of the biggest outside posts in the data. Others include Andrew Warner's interview post (November 2025, 2,030) and Lily Ray's AI search workflow (July 2026, 839).
The research-citing posts aren't big on their own (median 15). My impression is that their value is the named credit: someone else's audience sees Peec AI's researcher attached to a finding. I can count those posts. I can't see who read them.
Here's what some of those outside posts look like:
Do the founders' revenue milestone posts get more engagement?
Meiners has posted 76 times since January 2025, roughly one to eight times a month, about four in a typical month. His median is 292 likes and comments. Siwonia has 8 posts (median 173) and Drabo has 15 (median 251).
Across all three founders, 32 posts mention revenue, ARR or customer numbers. Their median is 409 likes and comments, against 206 for the founders' other posts. The gap showed in both random halves of the data: 292 vs 245 in one, 525 vs 205 in the other. It's smaller in the first half.
The sequence, in Meiners' words:
- July 3, 2025: "We raised €7m across two rounds - just four weeks apart." (1,666)
- July 22, 2025: "We crossed €1m ARR and 500+ customers in just 6 months." (912)
- September 11, 2025: "We grew 100% over the last 7 weeks and crossed €2m ARR." (1,788)
- November 18, 2025: "We raised $21m in a Series A led by Singular." He said they had "more than 1,400 customers, have crossed $4m in ARR, built a team of 20 people". (2,583)
- December 16, 2025: "we crossed $5m in ARR just 11 months after starting the company" (2,379)
- May 28, 2026: "We did it. $0 → $10M ARR in less than 1.5 years." (5,403, the biggest post in my data)
- September 1, 2026: "$10m → $15m in 3 months. On track to get to $25m EoY." (1,542)
These posts also come later in the company's life, when Meiners had a bigger audience, so some of the gap may be timing.
Not every big founder post was a number. On November 14, 2025, Meiners posted about the €1.99 Cevapcici from Rewe that he and Drabo lived on: "This is all Daniel Drabo and I ate for five months." It got 980. In the same post: "One year ago in October, we had both just quit our jobs, had zero income."
Some of Meiners' most-engaged posts:
Does Peec AI hire in public?
Yes, and Meiners posts the hiring plans. The Series A post laid out a plan "to hire 40+ additional team members over the next six months" and an NYC office in Q2. The December 16 post said "we hired 5 people just last week alone" and listed open roles. On June 30, 2026, a post about the Head of Sales EMEA search said: "If you refer the right person, we'll pay you €30k!" (1,407). On October 13, 2026: "We have crossed 100 FTEs. And we have ZERO team members with an MBB/IB background." (1,969)
Separately, hiring and careers posts by outsiders are 10% of outside posts, with a median of 47, the highest of any outside category with more than a handful of posts. One of the biggest is Paula Hübner Wehmeyer's "Startups I would join in Berlin right now" (October 2025, 1,390). I can't link those posts to Meiners' hiring posts.
Do new staff announce they've joined?
76 of the 104 staff have posted since joining, and 70 have named Peec AI at least once. Many of those posts are join announcements: "Yesterday i officially started at Peec AI!!!!" and "I'm pumped to officially join Peec AI". In a sample from September and October 2026, other staff posts covered product features ("Super exciting new features in Peec AI: the redesigned actions and Peec Agent"), events like Masters of Search Berlin and a brightonSEO booth, trips ("Peec AI just landed in SF") and the move into the Berlin office.
Staff posting grew with the team:

Team posts naming Peec AI ran at 4 to 9 a month in mid-2025, 22 to 31 a month in spring 2026, then 66 in September and 77 in October 2026. Team size counts only people still at Peec AI, so earlier months are undercounted.
Is there any engagement bait?
I checked for one tactic: asking people to comment a word to get access to something. None of the 99 founder posts do it.
I also looked for signs of coordinated commenting. The team wrote 81 of the 2,422 comments I collected on the top 20 posts. Most of a founder milestone thread is congratulations and the founder's replies.
What role does the company page play?
A smaller one. The page has posted 83 times since November 2025, with a median of 96 likes and comments. That's above outsiders (13) and below staff (126) and founders (246).
The #BuiltWithPeec challenge barely shows in the data: 5 outside posts, from April 24, 2026.
What can be learned?
The team carries it. Staff have written 296 posts naming Peec AI against the founders' 45, and drawn about three times their total engagement. That showed up in both random halves of the data.
The founders' posts still land hardest, one for one. A typical founder post gets 246 likes and comments, against 126 for staff. Meiners' biggest posts are revenue milestones, and those numbers are his own.
Each role posts in its own lane. The GEO and AI search team posts findings, leadership tells the story, marketing shows the work behind it, and product, design and talent post about hiring. Sales and engineering mostly post when they join.
The people closest to the subject post the most. Nine GEO and AI search staff wrote 58 posts naming Peec AI. 26 engineers and data scientists wrote 19.
Research gets Peec AI into other people's posts. A quarter of the outside posts I collected cite Peec AI's research or data, and 82 of them name a Peec AI researcher.
Hiring happens in public. Meiners posts open roles and hiring plans, including a €30k referral offer, and outsiders' hiring posts about Peec AI had the highest median engagement of any outside group.
There's no bait. None of the founders' 99 posts asks people to comment to get access, and the team wrote few of the comments on the biggest threads.
The company page is a minor channel. 83 posts since November 2025, with a median of 96.
What can't this data show?
- Reach. I have no impressions. Engagement here means likes plus comments, as of November 1, 2026.
- People who left. The people list is today's team. Anyone who left Peec AI is missing, along with their posts.
- How many people talk about Peec AI. The outside posts are a partial sample, so the real number is higher than anything here.
- Trends in outside posts. 35% of outside posts are from October 2026, because LinkedIn search favours recent posts. I haven't trended outside volume.
- Exact categories. Outside-post categories come from keyword rules. Treat the shares as approximate.
- Business results. I have no ad spend, sign-up or revenue data. Every revenue and customer figure here is Meiners' claim.
- Intent. I can see who Peec AI hired and what they posted. I can't see why they were hired.
I write about how founders and B2B teams show up on LinkedIn, with real data behind it.
