Before any partnership is launched, DUO meets with you for a 30-minute discovery call to understand your growth goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve from the partnership. This ensures there's a good fit on both sides.

DUO always starts with a pilot period of six to eight weeks with clearly defined goals. During this period, DUO becomes integrated and acquainted with your team, gains access to existing systems, and begins building necessary structures. Coming out of this pilot period, you'll have a clear roadmap and directives to guide you towards your chosen KPIs.

What is the typical engagement length and structure with DUO?

DUO partnerships typically range from six months to multiple years, with some long-term clients engaged for three+ years on a monthly retainer basis. DUO limits the number of clients worked with annually based on availability and fit. That said, every company's needs are different, which is why every partnership starts with a pilot period to assess fit and determine how to proceed together.
